We provide court-ordered supervised visitation services and monitored exchanges between separated or divorced parents and their children. Our goal is to ensure a safe, neutral environment for children to maintain relationships with their parents, promoting peace and safety during these visits.

Job Responsibilities
- Supervised Monitoring: Oversee court-ordered visits and exchanges between separated parents and their children, ensuring the child's safety at all times.
- Provide safe, no contact exchanges between parents: Facilitate monitored, safe, no contact exchanges at the beginning and end of each visit, ensuring a safe and low stress experience for all parties.
- Detailed Reporting: Document and take detailed notes during each visit, creating reports that may be used in court proceedings.
- Supportive Presence: Provide emotional stability and support during visits, helping families through what can often be stressful situations.
- Reliability and Professionalism: Ensure punctuality for all scheduled visits; consistency is critical for the children and families we serve.
- Conflict Mitigation: Address and de-escalate potential emotional or challenging situations with calm, fairness, and a child-centered approach.

Required Qualifications
- Availability: Open weekend availability is required, as most shifts take place on weekends. Some shifts may also occur in the late afternoons or evenings during the week.
- Age & Background: Must be 21 years or older, pass an extensive background check, and either have or obtain a fingerprint clearance card.
- Driving Record: Must have a clean driving record for the past 7 years (No DUI), a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
- Education: Associate degree or BA (Preferred). Relevant experience in social work, psychology, family therapy, security, teaching, parole, or childcare is also welcome.
- Work Ethic: Strong moral compass, reliability, and attention to detail are essential.

Pay Structure
- Supervised Monitoring: $22.50-$ 25 per hour.
This applies to candidates without therapeutic licenses.
- Therapeutic Monitoring: $30 per hour.
This applies to candidates without therapeutic licenses.

Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience with Children: Previous experience working with children is highly preferred, but not required if you are passionate about helping families and committed to being dependable.
- Emotional Resilience: Ability to remain calm and composed in emotionally charged situations, providing a stable presence for children and families.
- Strong Communication Skills: You should be able to clearly and accurately document and communicate the details of each supervised visit.
- Timeliness: Punctuality is non-negotiable. If you are late, visits cannot take place, affecting both children and parents who rely on these visits.
