Quality Assurance Specialist
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Pay Range: $19 - $21 per hour

The Position:
We are looking for a full-time Quality Assurance Specialist with experience in an office-setting, health-care profession, or related field. Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Assist field staff with electronic charting submissions
- Review field clinician notes to ensure all notes meet compliance standards
- Communicate effectively with clinicians to reduce and solve charting errors

- HS Diploma or GED
- Customer Service, administrative, or related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
