Summary of Position :
Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, handling company inquiries in a courteous manner in addition to sorting and distributing faxes.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Independently answers routine inquiries by providing general information.
Demonstrates ability to be flexible, adapt to change, stay organized, and function under stressful situations.
Uses the computer to enter, access, and retrieve data.
Orders supplies for staff and patients.
Routes faxes to the appropriate department.
Supervisory Responsibilities :
All employees of the organization :
Will exercise necessary cost control measures.
Will strive to maintain positive internal and external customer service relationships.
Must be able to demonstrate effective leadership skills.
Must demonstrate effective communication skills by conveying necessary information accurately, listening effectively and asking questions when clarification is needed.

Must be able to demonstrate reliability by arriving to work on time and taking breaks in expected time frames.
Will be expected to meet all productivity requirements.

Pay Range : $15 - $17 per hour
