As a Senior Corporate Recruiter, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer. - Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple job functions, ensuring a seamless hiring experience
- Proactively source and engage top talent using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, provide market insights, and guide them through best practices for attracting and retaining top talent
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, process offer letters, and handle other administrative tasks to maintain a structured and efficient hiring process
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely and empathetic communication
- Contribute to refining and enhancing recruitment operations, supporting an environment of continuous improvement
