In This Role, You Will
- Own the full product lifecycle, from conception to release, iteration, and maintenance
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap to meet business and user needs
- Develop concise, well-defined requirements that guide development and align with business goals
- Deliver the right product solutions to enhance the customer experience while prioritizing work in backlogs to ensure timely and effective execution
- Negotiate effectively, making smart trade-offs without sacrificing quality
- Work closely with other product managers to create a seamless user experience
- Collaborate with stakeholders and internal customers to align priorities and expectations
- Manage financial, regulatory, and operational risks, proactively closing gaps or findings
- Use data to inform decisions, ensuring priorities align with business goals and measurable impact
- Develop solutions for multiple user personas with varying needs
- Occasional travel (up to 10%) may be required
- 5 years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proven ability to own and drive product roadmaps, balancing strategic priorities with execution
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams on technology decisions and product strategy
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies with expert-level writing skills
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Excel
- Experience advocating for key stakeholders and influencing executive-level prioritization and planning
- Preferred: SQL expertise and familiarity with database technologies (e.g., Azure SQL, Snowflake, MySQL)
- Preferred: Experience developing and driving adoption of new tools
