Vice President, Home Health Operations

As the Vice President of Home Health Operations, you will lead our startup operations in New Mexico. You will build operations from the ground up, cultivating a thriving culture, and making a lasting impact as the first hire in this exciting new market. You will establish branch operations, ensure regulatory compliance, manage resources, and be a champion for the organization's mission. In This Role, You Will

• Lead Operations: Oversee service delivery, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and alignment with agency goals.
• Build and Develop Teams: Hire, train, and empower staff to deliver exceptional care and customer service.
• Optimize Finances: Establish and manage budgets, monitor performance, and achieve financial goals.
• Foster Collaboration: Act as a key liaison to internal and external stakeholders including staff, leadership, governing board, referral sources, state policymakers, professional advisory groups, clients, families, and other community partners.
• Promote Quality Care: Ensure client services meet the highest standards and align with clinical best practices.
• Elevate Awareness: Represent the organization through community education, marketing, and participation in service-related activities.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3 years home healthcare leadership experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
  
  

Location and Travel Requirements

This is an on-site position at our Albuquerque, New Mexico office. This role requires regular partial to full day travel regionally, as well as occasional travel to branch/office locations in other states.

Compensation

The anticipated salary range is $100,000 to $120,000, plus eligibility for annual incentive target.
