As the Vice President of Home Health Operations, you will lead our startup operations in New Mexico. In This Role, You Will
This is an on-site position at our Albuquerque, New Mexico office. This role requires regular partial to full day travel regionally, as well as occasional travel to branch/office locations in other states.
Compensation
The anticipated salary range is $100,000 to $120,000, plus eligibility for annual incentive target.

In This Role, You Will
- Lead Operations: Oversee service delivery, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and alignment with agency goals.
- Build and Develop Teams: Hire, train, and empower staff to deliver exceptional care and customer service.
- Optimize Finances: Establish and manage budgets, monitor performance, and achieve financial goals.
- Foster Collaboration: Act as a key liaison to internal and external stakeholders including staff, leadership, governing board, referral sources, state policymakers, professional advisory groups, clients, families, and other community partners.
- Promote Quality Care: Ensure client services meet the highest standards and align with clinical best practices.
- Elevate Awareness: Represent the organization through community education, marketing, and participation in service-related activities.
- 3 years home healthcare leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
