Job description
Angels on Call is a premier licensed home care service agency located in Westchester County, NY and looking for an experienced scheduling coordinator. This position requires a candidate that is extremely detail-oriented, self-motivated, could multi-task, has excellent customer service skills and can work in a fast-paced environment.
DUTIES :
Coordinate and manage the schedules of employees (caregivers).
Develop relationships and interact with clients and caregivers on a daily basis.
Participate in the recruiting, orientation and management of caregivers.
Provide superior customer service and compassion for new clients and their families.
Develop a working knowledge of company policies & procedures, services provided.
REQUIREMENTS :
Work from our main office location in Peekskill, Monday-Friday (9a-5p)
One night / week afterhours on-call (5p-9a)
- additional compensation
One weekend / month afterhours on-call Friday 5p-Monday 9a

26.50 per hour to $30.00 per hour, to start based on experience.
Experience :
Relevant : 1or 2 year (Preferred)
Scheduling : 1 year in home care coordination or / 2 years in coordination / staffing role
