Direct Support Professional Responsibilities:
- Providing direct care and supervision for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities to increase their independence in their home and community
- Providing support with medical and specialist appointments and ensuring accurate documentation of each appointment
- Providing support with daily activities including but not limited to hygiene, volunteer, or leisure actives
- Completing all required documentation
- Participating in meetings with individual support plan team to create inclusive and person-centered services
- Participating in initial and on-going staff training and development activities

Direct Support Professional Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older with valid driver's license and personal vehicle
- Experience with providing support to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred
- Must possess excellent customer service skills, a flexible and cooperative attitude, and the ability to work well as part of a team
