Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Swissvale, PA. The Early Childhood Educator will be responsible for planning and implementing educational activities for young children, fostering a positive learning environment, and ensuring the safety and well-being of children. Daily tasks include overseeing classroom activities, assessing and documenting child progress, collaborating with parents, and maintaining an organized and structured classroom.
Qualifications
- Skills in Early Childhood Development and Working With Children
- Creativity Skills for developing engaging educational activities
- Strong Interpersonal Skills for communication with parents and colleagues
- Organization Skills for maintaining a structured learning environment
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Experience working in an early childhood education setting is a plus
