What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dietary Aide/Server position at Angels Senior Living?

We are looking for individuals with skill, ability and compassion to fulfill our part-time and full-time Dietary Aide/Server positions. We believe that taking pride in everything we do for our residents is a calling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating a dish machine to wash dishes, glasses, cups, trays, silverware, and food service equipment and maintaining the cleanliness of the dish machine area
- Food preparation and set up
- Dining room services
- Emptying garbage and moving it to dumpster
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- One or more years’ dietary aide experience in an assisted living community
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility with schedule and available to work weekends and holidays
- Must enjoy working with seniors
Work Environment:
This job position requires moderate physical demands. Duties may include frequent walking, stooping/kneeling/bending, lifting/carrying, and pushing/pulling during work.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
