Position Overview :
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Staff Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role involves providing vital clerical support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations in our office.
Schedule :
Monday through Friday, 10 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM (5 hours per day).
Key Responsibilities :
Answer phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls to the appropriate person.
Schedule appointments for team members by phone or in person.
Perform general clerical duties such as filing, cleaning, ordering supplies, faxing, and mailing.
Support sales and service teams by delivering messages or completing assigned tasks.
Print and distribute documents as requested by staff members.
Maintain organized office operations by assisting with scheduling and other administrative tasks.
Qualifications :
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities.
Proficiency in basic office equipment and computer applications.
Ability to take direction from multiple team members and prioritize tasks effectively.
No Property & Casualty (P&C) license required, but the opportunity to transition to roles like Receptionist (requiring P&C and Life / Health licensing) is available.
