The Talent Acquisition Sourcing and Branding Specialist will build and maintain a pipeline of candidates to support the talent needs of the organization, and partner to implement talent strategies in collaboration with Talent Acquisition and hiring leaders. Develop and lead recruitment marketing content and campaigns that drive brand awareness, attract top talent, activate candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

The Talent Acquisition Sourcing and Branding Specialist will build and maintain a pipeline of candidates to support the talent needs of the organization, and partner to implement talent strategies in collaboration with Talent Acquisition and hiring leaders. Develop and lead recruitment marketing content and campaigns that drive brand awareness, attract top talent, activate candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing assessment capabilities to build talent pipelines
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management
- Uncover and attract a diverse and robust candidate pool using creative techniques
- Expert level of familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter required, including boolean search methodology
- Ability to work independently and thoughtfully, and be a true advisor to the hiring teams and recruiters you support
- Excellent time management skills, and ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously
- While working within our existing recruitment process, recommend fresh ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company
- Work directly with recruiters by participating in intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position requirements to procure a rich, quality, diverse pool of candidates for each assigned vacancy
- Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers and get hired
- Leverage candidate databases (LinkedIn Recruiter, Dayforce) to create market maps for key territories/regions
- Developing a wide range of messaging that expresses our Employee Value Proposition and elevates our brand for specific talent segments, e.g., function/location.
- Establishing and executing the digitalized recruitment marketing campaign strategy across core social media platforms to attract the target audience and build proactive pipelines of top diverse talent.
- Acts as the front-line brand ambassador for candidates
- May perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelors Level of Degree in the Human Resources, Communications or related field of study
- 1-3 years of demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition
- Experience in the following computer software applications: Microsoft Office
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to effectively communicate both internally and externally.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance, instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
