The Installer will be responsible for ensuring high-quality installations while maintaining safety standards.
Duties
- Perform airless paint spraying and auto painting tasks with precision and care.
- Execute auto glass installations, ensuring a secure fit and finish.
- Conduct detailed inspections of vehicles to assess repair needs and ensure quality standards are met.
- Utilize hand tools and welding equipment for various installation tasks as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their installation needs and addressing any concerns.
- Carry out buffing and finishing work to enhance the appearance of installed components.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely project completion.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in auto body repair, auto painting, or related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with airless paint spraying techniques is a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate hand tools effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in welding is advantageous but not mandatory.
