Anglin Reichmann Armstrong, P.C. is a medium-sized public accounting firm committed to providing top-tier service to our clients. We are seeking a proactive and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team and help maintain the reliability, security, and efficiency of our technology infrastructure.
In this role, you will provide hands-on technical support to our employees ensuring seamless operation of hardware, software, and network systems. You will work closely with the IT Director to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and maintain security best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, and other office equipment.
- Assist with the setup and management of user accounts, email, and software applications.
- Maintain IT security, including patch management, endpoint protection, and multi-factor authentication enforcement.
- Provide support for Office 365 applications, Windows-based systems, and accounting-specific software.
- Document IT issues and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future troubleshooting.
- Assist with IT asset management, inventory tracking, and procurement of new equipment.
- Collaborate with the IT Director on IT infrastructure improvements, system upgrades, and special projects.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- Associate’s degree in information technology or related field (preferred).
- CompTIA Security certification (required).
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA A , Network , or Microsoft certifications (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory.
- Experience troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
- Familiarity with IT security best practices, including multi-factor authentication and endpoint protection.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with non-technical users.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
