The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will serve as a trusted strategic partner to the CFO and the Executive Leadership team. This individual will focus on enhancing profitability, optimizing operational efficiency, and guiding leaders with data-driven insights. The role requires a strategic mindset, sharp financial acumen, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations that align with Angry Chickz long-term vision and goals.
Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)
Collaborate with Leadership: Partner with the CFO and Executive Leadership team to address all financial, planning, and budget-related matters.
Strategic Reviews: Lead high-level strategic discussions and influence decisions across marketing, sales, and operations using comprehensive financial, operational, and competitive data.
Analytical Leadership: Deliver strategic insights backed by in-depth financial analysis to identify growth opportunities, manage risks, and support key business decisions.
Financial Stewardship: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and regional performance goals.
Revenue Management: Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue through product configuration, pricing, and tailored incentive programs.
Investment & Business Case Development: Provide financial expertise in crafting business cases and investment proposals, emphasizing ROI and strategic value.
Performance Evaluations: Prepare and deliver detailed evaluations, proposals, and recommendations to executive leadership, committees, and other stakeholders.
Profit Optimization: Collaborate with regional and corporate finance teams to identify and execute profit-enhancing opportunities while mitigating risks.
Forecasting: Maintain accurate oversight of the company’s profit outlook, addressing performance gaps proactively.
Financial Reporting: Present monthly financial results to the CFO, explaining variances and translating data into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Retailer Financial Management: Analyze retailer financial statements and processes, providing strategic guidance to improve performance and profitability.
Demand Planning: Provide guidance and prepare demand plans for the company’s manufacturing facility, ensuring alignment with operational needs.
