Director of Investor Relations | Motion Pictures

• Company Overview:

We are an independent film production company dedicated to creating compelling stories that resonate with audiences. Our films attract known film and TV personalities, have been distributed internationally and are available on all major streaming services (Amazon, Apple TV , Vudu, Tubi, etc.) We are seeking a motivated and experienced Director of Investor Relations to aid in the securing of funding and build lasting relationships with potential investors.

Job Description:
As the Director of Investor Relations, you will play a crucial role in the success of our film project by identifying, engaging, and securing investors. You will work closely with our production team to develop investment materials, manage investor communications, and create strategies to attract funding for our film.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential investors, including individuals, institutions, and investment firms interested in film and entertainment.
• Develop and present compelling investment proposals and pitch decks to potential investors.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective investors, providing regular updates on the film's progress.
• Collaborate with the production team to understand the film's vision, budget, and funding needs.
• Organize and participate in investor meetings, presentations, and industry events to network and promote investment opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends and funding opportunities to inform investment strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in investor relations, fundraising, or business development, preferably within the film or entertainment industry.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for film and storytelling, with an understanding of the filmmaking process.
• Knowledge of financial modeling and investment analysis is a plus.
