Salary: $125,000-$149,150 bonus and long-term incentive eligible

This role possesses a deep understanding of Data-Driven Organization Design and manages the organization and workforce plans. In addition, this role influences and manages senior stakeholders and demonstrates the value of OP&A to the broader business.

Role Summary:
The Director of Organizational Planning and Analysis drives the strategic direction of the function. This role possesses a deep understanding of Data-Driven Organization Design and manages the organization and workforce plans. In addition, this role influences and manages senior stakeholders and demonstrates the value of OP&A to the broader business.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic alignment and operating model design
- Engage with business leaders and functional leaders to identify organization planning and analysis priorities
- Set the direction and develop the plan for OP&A aligned to the overall business strategy
- Operating model design (when required, for exec or business leader approval): case for change; design criteria; model evaluation, business case
- Build and run the infrastructure and process for integrated financial and workforce planning in alignment with FP&A (concepts/ measures, reporting units, reporting frequency/ formats, interface management and governance)
- Develop, maintain and enhance KPIs for monitoring org performance in line with design principles
- Manage the OP&A budget
- develop organizational planning and analysis services for the greater organization, including knowledge management and project facilitation
- Track, monitor and report the impact of organization performance programs, initiatives and actions
- 6 years' experience in management, industrial engineering, human resources, continuous improvement, or change management.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- You’re driven and have the ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with proven analytical, influential and negotiation skills.
- We look for leaders who are naturally ambitious, self-aware, hungry to learn, proactive workers, and analytical.
- Experience working with data and systems.
- Ability to work with people at all levels of the company and influence the decision process.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite of tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
