Our Hospitality Lead engages our customers and works along side the hospitality team in dispensing and educating about the products that are being sampled.

Our Hospitality Lead engages our customers and works along side the hospitality team in dispensing and educating about the products that are being sampled.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work alongside the hospitality team in dispensing and educating customers about the products being sampled.
- Ensure SOPs and daily check sheets are being followed.
- Ensure employee schedule is being followed as generated.
- Manage call-ins and assist with bringing in additional help as needed.
- Point of contact for any employee injuries/conflict.
- Follow up on incident reports to provide resolution.
- Ensure the draft system is pouring optimally.
- Liaison with Grants Farm leadership on Farm Events.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must have strong leadership and customer service skills.
- Ability to safely move ½ barrel kegs using approved methodologies.
- Able to stand, bend and twist throughout shift.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
