Job Responsibilities
- Lead Zone packaging budgeting process for performance, labor and materials in line with 3YP
- Manage Zone KPI reporting and analytics to determine and validate actions based on zone strategy
- Lead footprint, line speed, optimized cycles, and innovations mapping
- Required to communicate with all North American breweries on a regular basis
- Budgeting lead for new project pipeline
- Drive 1YP strategy exception in area of ownership
- Identify gaps in current process and implement new solutions
- Ownership of monthly Supply packaging performance review decks and delivery
- Lead ZBS Packaging Support group benchmarking efforts across the NAZ for materials usage KPI’s…cans, bottles, lids, etc.
Qualifications
- BS in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics or similar disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical, engineering, and packaging operations
- Strong leadership/communication skills with ability to work in teams
- Results driven mindset with the ability to influence others
- Ability to problem solve with data driven approach (PDCA methodology)
- Solid background in lean methodology (VPO fundamentals)
- Willingness to execute a belt projects (green, black, etc.)
- Up to 20% travel required
- Willingness to relocate within the NAZ brewery system highly preferred
