SALARY: $24.00 per hour
SHIFT: Full time hours with the ability to work around school schedules. Available to work some overtime and/or weekends as required.

ROLE SUMMARY: Our Systems Technology Co-Op will be responsible for assisting our IT team with the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of computer systems, networks, and software applications. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform first level response for systems issues across the brewery in both office and production environments
- Install computer equipment and software
- Troubleshoot and repair hardware
- Troubleshoot and solve computer software problems
- Assist customers with using software
- Perform limited programming (VB, Web Design, database, etc.)
- Assist peer Engineers and Technicians with design and implementation of projects
- Assist with providing 24x7 production critical support (on call rotation)
- Pursuing technical degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related major.
- Completed Freshman year in college
- Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong communication and customer support skills
- Ability to manage projects with minimal supervision
- Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot complex issues
- GPA of 2.8 or higher
