About The Role
ANI Pharmaceuticals is looking for a Manager of Marketing Operations and Events to join our organization, reporting into the Associate Director of Marketing Operations. This role will support Marketing Operations in functions such as Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) processes, literature distribution, and speaker bureau management while also assisting with new hire onboarding and process improvements. The position will own and manage Event Planning at ANI, overseeing the planning and execution of events, coordinating logistics, and managing budgets, with on-site support and travel for meetings as needed. Additionally, the position provide Commercial Rare Disease Organizational Support, including scheduling and organizing meetings, streamlining operations, and managing rosters. This is a hybrid role, expected to be onsite in our Princeton Office 3 days per week.

Responsibilities
Marketing Operations and Project Support
- Act as back up for all Marketing Operations responsibilities including but not limited to: MLR Review, Literature Distribution, Speaker Bureau Management, Etc.
- Attend MLR Sessions as required to oversee processes including prioritization meetings. Assist in process improvement and optimization projects as needed.
- Support New Hire Onboarding Process from an Operations perspective which includes but is not limited to: New Hire Operations Email, Adding New Hires to all required systems, ordering of all required hardware and materials, etc.
- Support Marketing as needed to identify any required drop shipments and act as liaison with distribution warehouse.
- Additional Duties as assigned.
- Oversee the planning, organization, and execution of events ensuring exceptional attendee experiences
- On-site support and site visits as needed depending on size and scope of meeting
- Collaborate with business partners in Sales, Patient Support, Medical and Operations to establish specific requirements for each event, proactively identify and solve operational challenges throughout the planning process
- Develop, manage, optimize and track budgets for events. Ensure financial sustainability along with transparency and accountability
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, agendas, and events for the Commercial Leadership Team
- Support Marketing Ops lead with National Sales Meeting management as needed
- Partner with internal stakeholders to create and maintain a master cross-functional calendar of all internal meetings and events for on demand review by leadership
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and monitor project timelines
- Create and send calendar hold and save the dates
- Manage meeting logistics for all Commercial Meetings including sending Outlook invitations
- Liaise with the teams including scheduling meetings, handling logistics (sending materials for review prior to the meetings, distributing notes and preparing presentations and overviews)
- Assist in special projects and initiatives as requested
- Additional duties as assigned
- Support in the scheduling and planning of all commercial meetings (internal team meetings, strategy meetings, face to face meetings
- Refine and develop support processes to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
- Provide timely administrative support to format documents such as presentations, reports and other documents as needed
- Roster Management of Rare Disease Organization
- Manage and update distribution lists
- Additional duties as assigned
- Experienced user with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills with ability to effectively manage and prioritize accordingly.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to build relationships
- Experience with project management tools preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing projects
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Operational roles
- Demonstrated ability to work cross functional across various departments and key stake holders
- Adaptable, open to change and able to work in ambiguous situations with limited direction
- Ability to respond to new information and pivot accordingly
- 15% travel required for role (as needed)
