About The Role

We are looking for a Total Rewards Analyst to support the design, implementation, and administration of our global compensation and benefits programs. This role will be instrumental in analyzing market trends, benchmarking data, and optimizing internal compensation structures to maintain competitive and equitable pay practices. You will collaborate with HR and business leaders to enhance benefits offerings, drive employee engagement, and ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in compensation analysis and data-driven decision-making. Knowledge of benefits administration and broader Total Rewards offerings is a plus. Success in this role requires analytical expertise, proficiency in handling large datasets, and the ability to present insights that influence strategic decisions. Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR and business leaders to develop and execute total rewards strategies in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Conduct job evaluations, compensation benchmarking, and pay equity analysis using tools such as Radford and other compensation surveys
  • Maintain and refine pay structures, salary ranges, and incentive programs in alignment with company goals and budget constraints
  • Support administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Manage employee recognition and engagement programs, including the Culture Keepers Quarterly Awards and Augeo Points Program
  • Partner with HRIS and Payroll teams to ensure accurate compensation and benefits data within HR Information Systems (HRIS), supporting reporting and analysis needs (Oracle and ADP experience preferred)
  • Partner with Legal team to ensure compliance with federal and state laws such as FLSA, ERISA, and ACA, and assist with audits and reporting requirements
  • Serve as a key resource for employee inquiries about compensation and benefits, helping employees understand and maximize their total rewards
  • Partner with Finance team in the preparation and management of compensation and benefits budgets, providing insights for strategic financial and people forecasting

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, human resources, business, etc.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in Consulting, Human Resources, Finance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience managing compensation, benefits, and total rewards programs
  • Familiarity with HR systems and processes, with preferred experience in Oracle HRIS and ADP
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), with Power BI experience a plus
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse, fast-paced environment and collaborate across teams and levels
  • Strong initiative, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
