Responsibilities
- Partner with HR and business leaders to develop and execute total rewards strategies in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Conduct job evaluations, compensation benchmarking, and pay equity analysis using tools such as Radford and other compensation surveys
- Maintain and refine pay structures, salary ranges, and incentive programs in alignment with company goals and budget constraints
- Support administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Manage employee recognition and engagement programs, including the Culture Keepers Quarterly Awards and Augeo Points Program
- Partner with HRIS and Payroll teams to ensure accurate compensation and benefits data within HR Information Systems (HRIS), supporting reporting and analysis needs (Oracle and ADP experience preferred)
- Partner with Legal team to ensure compliance with federal and state laws such as FLSA, ERISA, and ACA, and assist with audits and reporting requirements
- Serve as a key resource for employee inquiries about compensation and benefits, helping employees understand and maximize their total rewards
- Partner with Finance team in the preparation and management of compensation and benefits budgets, providing insights for strategic financial and people forecasting
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, human resources, business, etc.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Consulting, Human Resources, Finance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience managing compensation, benefits, and total rewards programs
- Familiarity with HR systems and processes, with preferred experience in Oracle HRIS and ADP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), with Power BI experience a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse, fast-paced environment and collaborate across teams and levels
- Strong initiative, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
