Overview
We are seeking a full or part-time dedicated and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support related to animal care. Our ideal candidate is service driven with excellent communication skills, solution oriented and able to multi-task, while keeping a smile and happy heart. A positive attitude is a must, along with high service standards, and the ability to foster strong relationships with clients and teammates.If you have a passion for animals and a commitment to customer satisfaction, we would love to hear from you.
We are committed to providing high quality medicine to our patients and extraordinary levels of service to our clients. This is a fast-paced environment and we work closely as a team.
Schedule includes Monday - Friday, 8a-6:30p.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests from clients regarding animal care services.
- Assist clients in scheduling appointments for veterinary services.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service requests.
- Collaborate with veterinary staff and other team members to ensure seamless communication regarding client needs.
- Handle incoming calls and emails professionally, ensuring timely responses.
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed to enhance overall operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
- Calm Client centered & service oriented
