Animal Cancer Care Clinic has eight locations in Florida. Its focus is exclusively on cancer and its full-service wellness center in Fort Lauderdale offers comprehensive care that includes medical oncology, radiation therapy, immunotherapy, surgical oncology, and clinical trials.
Job Description: We are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic individual to join our animal health care team who is interested in caring for patients with cancer and their families. ACCC is taking applications for an experienced veterinary receptionist to work in our Melbourne location and whose duties include, but are not limited to:
- Multiple phone line management
- Greeting clients/patients
- Scheduling appointments
- Checking clients in/out of hospital
- Faxing/filing/scanning documents
The position also requires a practical knowledge of the clinic’s procedures and policies. It is a full-time position and compensation is based on experience.
Qualifications for a Veterinary Receptionist:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Minimum 2 years experience in veterinary reception
