Our Client Service Representatives provide our hospital's first and last impressions and are instrumental in managing client requests and appointment flow. We emphasize excellent customer service and are looking for a responsible, team-oriented, self-motivated team player. This exceptionally important role requires team members to juggle phone calls, emails, text messages, and face-to-face communications while ensuring thorough, accurate documentation and invoicing. CSRs are trained to understand the basics of veterinary medicine to appropriately schedule doctor visits, answer questions, and educate our clients.

- Handle customer inquiries.
- Schedule patient appointments.
- Provide information about our products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues and concerns.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving services and products.
- Answering multiple phone lines.
- Greeting and assisting clients and their pets.
- Educate clients.
- Daily routine cleaning
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields.
