As the face of our practice, our Receptionists play a vital role in creating a positive experience for our clients and their pets. You'll be a key part of our mission to deliver outstanding care and service to our community.
What you'll do:
- Manage multiple phone lines with efficiency and a friendly attitude
- Book appointments and coordinate schedules
- Welcome clients with a warm smile and helpful demeanor
- Process payments accurately
- Keep the reception area clean, comfortable, and inviting
What we're looking for:
- A love for animals and a passion for helping people
- A background in customer service (a big plus!)
- Availability for shifts on weekdays (5 PM–12 AM) and/or weekends (8 AM–5 PM, 5 PM–12 AM, or 10 AM–7 PM)
- Willingness to work rotating weekends and holidays (we value work-life balance and share these shifts as needed!)
