Role Title : Financial Controller

Department : Finance

Shift : Day, Mon-Fri. Open to hybrid for right candidate.

As the leader of our Finance team the Financial Controller is responsible for all finance and accounting-related activities, including operating budgets, financial reports, and data analysis. The Financial Controller will also have managerial responsibility for the Finance team at AERC. The Controller will oversee all aspects of Finance with regard to our business and seek to drive and improve financial processes. The Controller will also ensure that results delivered to the Board are accurate and provided on time. The right person will enjoy working in a fast-paced, fun environment. This person will work out of the office in Oakdale and reports directly to the CEO.

Finance & Accounting

• You have a passion for all things related to finance and accounting. Including, but not limited to accounts operation management, financial forecast preparations, and accounting policy development.
• You show initiative and commitment to ongoing process improvement.
• You perform work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• You handle complex issues and problems, seeking assistance when needed.
• You have the ability to meet deadlines and provide financially accurate information.
• You have the strong ability to analyze trends and find opportunities.
