Role Title : Client Service Representative
Department : Services
Shift : Day
Shift Differential : Eligible
Schedule : Weekends required, no more than 50% per month. Holidays are required, no more than four per year.

The primary function of the Client Service Representative (CSR) is to provide excellent client service through passionate and professional handling of a variety of client interactions, as well as the daily operations related to the client's first impression of the organization. Additionally, the CSR is expected to promote professional growth through education and learning opportunities.
