We are seeking to add an Emergency Veterinarian (ER DVM) to our team in the ICU.
Schedule : day shift Monday - Friday in ICU
No state income tax
No non-compete agreements for General Practice
125k - 150k salary plus production (negotiable) - earning potential of $200k
Production is paid out quarterly with no negative accrual!
Up to $25,000 sign-on bonus
Up to $10k relocation assistance

Our ideal candidate :
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent
Ideally 2 years of Emergency Veterinary Medicine experience
If you have no ER DVM experience, we offer an ER Mentorship program that is specifically tailored for emergency veterinarians! No prior ER DVM experience is required — we offer mentorship to DVMs with no ER experience who are eager to learn and dive into emergency veterinary medicine.
An active veterinary license in the state of TN is preferred, but not required, we will cover state licensure transfer fees
Passionate about practicing outstanding medicine but also building and fostering a strong team
Strong communicator who models a professional and courteous manner with staff and clients
