Veterinary Assistant

Duties will include:

· Animal handling, hospital maintenance.

· Caring for dogs and cats in a boarding and day care environment.

· Laboratory work and diagnostic imaging.

Skills you will learn include, but are not limited to:

· Assisting with pet examinations.

· Patient recovery and pharmacy.

This position will also be cross-trained to work the Front Desk, as needed.

Requirements:

· Experience preferred but will train the right candidate.

· Working rotating weekends and overnight shift.

· Must have your own dependable transportation.

· Being on your feet the entirety of a shift.

· Lifting 50lbs or more.
