Animal Health Center seeks a passionate and dedicated bilingual (English and Spanish) Client Services Representative. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, answering multiple phone lines, communication with clients via texts, phone calls, and emails, admitting and discharging patients, appointment scheduling, detailed record keeping, light cleaning, stocking/organizing inventory, animal restraint, and coordination with other staff members to provide exceptional patient and client care.
Qualifications include fluent English and Spanish speaking, preferred one year in a medical office or similar equivalent.
Requirements include ability to lift 40 lbs. unassisted, effectively working with other team members, accountability for performing individualized tasks, capable of multitasking and adapting in a dynamic environment, and attention to detail.
