Your Role : As Medical Director, youll lead with vision, mentoring our veterinarians to provide safe, ethical, and top-quality care. You'll collaborate with the Practice Manager to set strategic goals and ensure clinical excellence while driving the growth and success of our practice.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications :

• 5 years DVM experience
• 1 years of leadership experience (preferred but not required)
• Passion for mentorship and medical excellence
• Colorado Veterinary License (active and in good standing)
• Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit
