The Animal Hospital of East Davie seeks a Lead Client Service Representative to manage the Davie Doghouse! The Davie Doghouse is a full-service boarding and grooming facility offering luxury boarding and comprehensive grooming services. The Lead CSR will serve a vital role as the first and last point of contact with a client and their pet. As the first face our clients see, they greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the team, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
In this role, you will schedule and manage the boarding and grooming appointments, provide empathetic customer service, process financial transactions, administer the Bordetella vaccine, and provide essential information about our services. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast-paced customer service, who are friendly and outgoing, detail-oriented, and experienced in supervising a staff.
In addition, the Lead CSR will supervise the kennel staff by making their schedule, training new employees, and addressing any staff kennel staff issues that may arise. You will manage client concerns with boarding or grooming and oversee The Davie Doghouse Facebook & Instagram pages.
- This is a full-time position with the following schedule :
Monday & Tuesday 7am-6pm

We embarked on our journey by renovating a cute 60-year-old garage in the Hillsdale area. Ten years later, and with 22 employees, we are still providing personalized medicine to the more than 5,000 clients who rely on us for their pet's care. Our growth has enabled us to offer luxury grooming & boarding services to the community. And, we have more to come! In 2026 we will break ground on our new state-of-the-art, full-service Veterinary Hospital, built right next to the renovated garage we have called home for the past 21 years.
