Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism, both in person and over the phone.
- Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm appointments, manage the clinic's calendar, and coordinate follow-up visits.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and patient records, including medical histories and billing information.
- Communication: Respond to client inquiries via phone and computer, relay messages to appropriate veterinary staff following the chain of command, and provide information on clinic services.
- Financial Transactions: Process payments, manage invoicing, and handle billing inquiries.
- Office Maintenance: Keep the reception area clean and organized
