Job Summary:
As a Client Service Representative at Animal Medical Clinic of Fairburn, a Thrive Pet Healthcare partner, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional care to our clients and their pets. We seek a passionate individual with strong attention to detail to build lasting relationships, manage appointments, and advocate for the well-being of our patients.
Schedule: Wednesdays and Thursdays
Job Duties:
- Greet clients with enthusiasm
- Answer multi-line phone system
- Schedule daily appointments
- Organize next day procedures
- Scan and upload patient documents
- Outline costs and fees in a positive light while supporting hospital payment policies
- Educate clients on best pet care recommendations
- Respond appropriately to emergencies when they arise
- Ensure the comfort of clients and patients during wait times, explain any delays to clients
- Work closely with technicians and doctors to ensure patients and clients receive the best care
- Ability to handle financial transactions with accuracy.
