We're currently seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to join our growing team of professionals and be the welcoming face of our clinic!
Your Role:
As a Veterinary Receptionist at Animal Medical Clinic, you’ll play an essential role in the care of our patients and clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients with a warm and welcoming friendly attitude, checking in pets for appointments and managing the waiting area
- Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing basic information about services and any additional questions that clients have
- Handling transactions, processing payments, and maintaining accurate client records
- Assisting in refilling/filling medication for patient
- Keeping the reception area clean organized, and running smoothly

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
