Animal Medical & Surgical Hospital is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our Reception team! Our CSRs serve a vital role as the first and last point of contact with a client and their pet. As the face of both hospitals, Animal Medical & Surgical Hosptial along with Animal Medical & Surgical Hospital East in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, greeting visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our clients is expected.
In this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service while multi-tasking between a multi-line phone system and in-person clients, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we provide. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast-paced customer service, who are friendly and outgoing, detail-oriented, excellent at multi-tasking, and committed to contributing to a team-focused environment.
This is a full-time, position, with hours consisting of 7:15am-6p or 7:15am to 7p and/or 3 1/2 days depending on schedule needs. Availability needed Monday-Saturday.

Minimum qualifications and skillset:
- 0-1 years of client service experience
- Previous veterinary experience is not required
- Proficiency in the following skills:
- Scheduling
- Multiple phonelines and emails correspondence
- Face to face sales
- Exceptional Client communication
