Animal Protection League (APL) is looking for a veterinary assistant/receptionist/technician!

Our program is always expanding, so we are looking to hire a veterinary assistant/receptionist and a technician! We are looking for a mature individual that excels in customer service skills and understands the importance of accuracy in the pet medical field. Our services are in great demand, so the position is in a fast paced and high volume environment.

- has excellent time management skills
- must have a high school diploma
- must be able to stand/walk more than 65% of the time and lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
- understands the impact that each client interaction has on overall customer experience
- must also be passionate about our mission while leading for example, which is helping to control the pet population by having their personal pets spayed/neutered and not participating in breeding of animals

This position is full time and includes working early mornings and Saturdays. Benefits including medical insurance, PTO, and employee pet discounts available. Potential to cross-train and advance to other positions is likely and based on performance.
