The Animal Rescue League of Boston (ARL), one of New England’s leading animal welfare organizations, is seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Specialist to join our organization. This position is based out of our Dedham location.

We provide high quality veterinary care, adoption, and rescue services, while also confronting the root causes of animal cruelty and neglect through innovative community programs, humane law enforcement, and public advocacy. What you will do:
Use your skills to make a difference by becoming a part of one of the best and oldest animal welfare organizations! Here’s how:
- Receive invoices, obtain proper approval and process payments, recording in Sage Intacct;
- Maintain a log of recurring expenses to ensure invoices are received;
- Cut, obtain signatures on, and mail checks;
- Prepare 1099 and 1096 forms;
- Cross-train on other functions of ARL's Finance department.
