This position is based out of our Dedham location.

What you will do:
Use your skills to make a difference by becoming a part of one of the best and oldest animal welfare organizations! Here’s how:
- Manage major gifts campaign strategies, including donor pipeline development, engagement, solicitation, and gift closure.
- Manage a portfolio of major gifts prospects, develop strong relationships, and move donors through the gift cycle.
- Collaborate effectively with the entire Development department, senior management, board members, and key leadership volunteers to create an environment that fosters and encourages transformative gifts.
- Help us continue to learn and grow as a team of development professionals who work hard to ensure ARL continues to provide the best care for animals in need!
