Animal Wildlife Trappers, Inc is a growing local Wildlife and Pest Management company; mainly servicing the Central Florida area. We have been in business in the Central Florida area for 10 years and have serviced over 9,000 customers since the start of our business in 2012. Our reputation for unparalleled customer service and tested methods make us a-step-ahead of our competitor. We are looking to add positions to help in our company’s growth. Your on-site company-provided training will help you learn the ins and-outs of Wildlife trapping. Learn how to identify Wildlife species based on evidence left behind. Learn to apprehend critters and remove them from customer’s homes using humane methods. Learn to seal both active and potential entry points on our customer's homes with quality materials and craftsmanship.

The majority of our work revolves around; Rats, Squirrels, Raccoons, Oppossums and Bats - however we do deal with other types of wildlife too.

**WE DO NOT SERVICE SNAKES, ALLIGATORS, DOGS OR CATS**

On-the-job training typically lasts for 30-60 days (depending on your individual rate of uptake). During training you will ride with one of our experienced Sales Technicians, or Wildlife Removal Technicians who will provide training on the individual critters themselves, as well as the methods used to seal them out of structures (in multiple different scenarios).

Most candidates are done with their training after 30 days, however we allow up to 60 to account for variances in each candidates rate of uptake. Opportunities to earn additional income and overtime are plentiful. Technicians are rewarded for great service and receiving positive reviews. Your trainer(s) will teach you how to:

· Safely drive a company-provided pickup truck from appointment to appointment.

· Use the company-provided iPad to schedule appointments & followups, navigate from property to property, as well as collect payments and provide receipts to customers when needed.

· Inspect a home for critter activity.

· Identify the target critter based on evidence from your inspection.

· Remove the animal from the home using the industry leading technology.

· Seal up a structure so that critters cannot re-enter in the future.

· Troubleshoot more difficult critter issues on existing customers homes.

· Handle live animals in traps using the provided PPE.

Healthcare for the team member is available after 90 days of employment. Animal Wildlife Trappers, Inc pays half of the healthcare premium costs for the Team Member only, not the family or spouse.

Paid national holidays. Paid sick time (with documentation). Paid vacation starts at 1 year of employment and grows with tenure.

A PROSPECTIVE EMPLOYEE SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING BASELINE QUALITIES:

·_ Professional image and communication skills. Comfortable with handing email and phone interactions with customers as needed._

. Is a hands-on and hard-working individual.

· Is comfortable with working at heights, climbing ladders and being on roofs.

· Is comfortable working in small spaces including attics, crawl spaces and basements.

· Is comfortable working in the sun/heat - it gets hot on a roof, and in attics.

· Is able to lift heavy objects and equipment when necessary.

· Is able to spell, read and write and prepare documents when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
