AnimalBiome is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Manager of Production to lead and enhance operations across three critical areas: our FMT (Fecal Microbiota Transplantation) stool bank, quality control of incoming products and materials, and clean production of in-house products. Key Responsibilities
1. FMT Stool Bank Oversight
- Donor Testing and Selection: Streamline donor testing processes to meet stringent quality standards.
- Compliance and Documentation: Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Ensure a consistent supply of qualified donor material.
- Process Improvement: Partner with research teams to refine protocols and integrate scientific advancements.
- Safety and Contamination Prevention: Enforce stringent cleanliness protocols.
- Quality Assurance: Apply QA/QC principles to all stool bank operations.
2. Quality Control for Incoming Products and Materials
- Inspection and Testing: Oversee the quality inspection of incoming materials to meet organizational standards.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory requirements.
- Testing and Verification: Conduct viability and contamination testing, including powdered products.

Compensation

- AnimalBiome’s salary structure is based on comprehensive market data. Offers will be determined by education, experience, skills, and internal equity. New hires can expect compensation between the minimum and midpoint of the salary range, depending on qualifications and experience
