General Responsibilities

  • Mission and Vision :
  • Uphold and promote the mission and vision of Animals Staying Alive, Inc.
  • Ensure that the organization’s activities align with its mission.
  • Governance :
  • Participate in the development and implementation of organizational policies and strategic plans.
  • Review and approve the organization’s bylaws and policies, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Financial Oversight :
  • Approve the annual budget and ensure the financial health of the organization.
  • Monitor financial performance and review financial statements regularly.
  • Ensure that funds are used effectively and efficiently to achieve the organization’s goals.
  • Fundraising and Resource Development :
