Animas Environmental Services seeks an Engineer, Geologist, or Environmental Scientist with documented experience with projects located in New Mexico, Colorado, Arizona, and Utah. The ideal candidate must possess documented strong written and oral communications skills; be comfortable working with a close-knit team; have the ability to manage multiple projects; and be a self-initiating problem solver.
Anticipated projects will include completion of site characterization/investigation of contaminated sites; development of remediation approaches/systems; preparation of environmental plans and permits, including NPDES and SPCC; client and agency reports and plans, and budgets and technical proposals for both private and public sector clients.

Requirements:
- Minimum B.S. Degree in Environmental Engineering; Geological Sciences; or Environmental Science;
- Minimum 5 yrs experience with documented and demonstrated progressive project; management experience;
- PE/PG preferred or ability to become licensed within 1 year;
- Proficient in MS365 - Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Sharepoint, Planner, Engage, and other MS 365 applications;
- GIS/AutoCAD experience preferred;
- Familiarity with engineering software – SEDCAD, HEC-RAS helpful; and
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with all aspects of SPCC plan development and inspections, for a range of facility types.
