At Anime Universe, we’re building more than entertainment—we’re crafting the most forward-thinking organizational operating system in the world. HR Scribes are at the center of that effort. You won’t just write documents—you’ll architect clarity.
As an HR Scribe, you’ll shape the internal knowledge systems that guide how our people grow, get paid, onboard, collaborate, and lead. You’ll be a translator of vision into execution—a co-author of the frameworks, policies, and rituals that define the Anime Universe experience.
Role Overview
You’ll collaborate with leaders across AUHR, Ops, Product, and Culture to codify processes, build HR policy frameworks, document equity and token structures, and create systems that scale. You’ll ensure that everything—from onboarding guides to compensation protocols—is clear, aligned, and action-ready.
This is a builder’s role. We’re not just following HR best practices—we’re inventing our own.
