Job Summary
The newly renovated Hampton Tulsa Central is seeking one full-time Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working a rotating, flexible schedule, generally either 6a to 2p, or 2p-10p shift, along with night audit as needed.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist with check-in/check-out processes
- Manage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk
- Provide information about hotel amenities and dining options
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience
- Previous hotel experience preferred but not required
- Proficiency in using hotel management software systems preferred
- Excellent customer service, communication skills, and phone etiquette
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Maintains composure while under pressure
- Bilingual candidates highly encouraged to apply
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
