We’re looking to grow our creative team with a Junior Graphic Designer—a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience across a wide range of print and digital media formats.
Job Summary
The Junior Graphic Designer will support our design and production teams by creating visual content for wraps, signage, marketing materials, apparel, and digital assets. You’ll work closely with senior designers and leadership to develop and prepare artwork for real-world application. This is an ideal role for recent graduates, early-career designers, or creatives looking to build their portfolio and expand their skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist with designing graphics for vehicle wraps, signage, banners, decals, apparel, and print materials
- Prepare artwork for production (scaling, bleeds, cut lines, layering, etc.)
- Support the design team in editing, formatting, and organizing digital files
- Follow client branding guidelines and implement revisions as requested
- Collaborate with production staff to ensure designs are print-ready and accurate
- Contribute to internal marketing graphics and promotional content
- Maintain organized design assets and version control of files
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory
- Excellent attention to detail and file organization
- Ability to take feedback and work collaboratively
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Portfolio of previous design work required (can be academic or freelance)
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience with large-format printing or vinyl wrap design
- Familiarity with prepress and production workflows
- Knowledge of Canva, WordPress, Mailchimp, or similar platforms
- Photography or video editing skills are a bonus
