Job Description:
- Identify need for new construction contracts and assist in forecasting procurement needs
- Review contracts
- Prepare bid packages and procurement-related documents for construction related contracts,
- Update weekly and monthly .
- Update monthly reports.
Required Skills:
- Able to prepare/review construction contract bid documents.
- Knowledge of construction management.
- Able to analyze contract language.
- Able to review cost proposals.
- Proficient in excel.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $33.00 - $38.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Construction: 3 years (Required)
- Contracts: 5 years (Required)
