We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Engage with guests, providing recommendations and ensuring satisfaction throughout their experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and managing inventory.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, utilizing the Aloha POS system for processing orders.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
- Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff.
- Maintaining a clean bar area.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships.
Skills
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to create memorable experiences.
- Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems.
- Knowledge of food handling practices in accordance with health regulations.
