Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the clinical services provided by our therapists, ensure quality care for our clients, and contribute to the professional development of our staff. This is a unique opportunity to guide and mentor mental health professionals while also working with clients.
What You’ll Do:
Supervision and Leadership:
- Provide clinical supervision, feedback, and support to provisionally licensed therapists (minimum of 3 supervisees).
- Participate in weekly leadership meetings to collaborate on practice-wide initiatives, staff management, and clinician development.
- Ensure communication between clinicians and leadership regarding policies, procedures, and clinical best practices.
- Conduct annual performance reviews for supervisees and review clinician metrics monthly.
- Supervise and review clinical documentation to ensure compliance with legal and billing standards.
Administrative Duties:
- Plan and lead group consultations.
- Review and approve therapy notes for provisionally licensed clinicians.
- Maintain accurate documentation of supervision sessions.
- Participate in quality assurance processes, including clinical note audits and performance reviews.
Clinical Duties:
- Provide direct client care through individual or family sessions.
- Support and coach clinicians in maximizing their clinical hours and case management.
- Ensure clinicians are on track to meet clinical goals and billing targets.
What We Offer:
- Compensation: Competitive salary based on clinical hours and supervision duties, with a range between $80,000 and $95,000 annually depending on experience and hours worked.

Qualifications:
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) with at least three years post-licensure experience (required).
- Proven experience in clinical supervision and leadership roles.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to provide effective supervision and support to clinicians.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and clinical documentation software.
